1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "You") and 9ppp ("Platform", "We", "Us"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://9ppp.cam and all associated services, products, features and content made available through it.

By accessing 9ppp, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

9ppp operates as an English-language online sports betting and casino information platform serving users, including those based in Pakistan. The Platform is operated under an international operator licence. 9ppp does not hold, and does not claim to hold, any gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. Pakistani law — in particular the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may restrict or prohibit gambling activities for users located in Pakistan. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes legal advice. Users are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.

2 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below throughout this Agreement:

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 9ppp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not acting as an agent, proxy or nominee for any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where the Operator has elected, or is required, to block access to its services.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from 9ppp or any other gaming platform operated by the Operator.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor or close associate of the Operator, any game supplier, or any affiliate partner of the Platform.

4 Account Registration

Each User may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

At the point of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• Valid date of birth confirming you meet the minimum age requirement.
• Current residential address (city and country — e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi or other).
• A valid and accessible email address.
• A contact telephone number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify 9ppp support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 9ppp shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

9ppp reserves the right to refuse registration, close an existing Account or limit access to any feature of the Platform at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason, provided such action is not otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Platform. You agree not to:

• Use any automated software, bot, spider, scraper or other non-human means to access, monitor or copy content from the Platform without prior written consent from 9ppp.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or any system or network connected to it.
• Transmit any malicious code, virus, worm, trojan or other harmful material through the Platform.
• Use the Platform in any jurisdiction where its use is prohibited by law.
• Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, fraud or money laundering through the Platform.
• Misrepresent your identity, location or eligibility status at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Attempt to circumvent any geo-restriction, IP-blocking, self-exclusion or other access-control mechanism implemented by the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 9ppp endeavours to maintain continuous uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and accept no liability for service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, network issues or events outside our control.

6 Deposits & Payments

9ppp accepts deposits made through methods listed on the Platform's current Payments page. Payment method availability, minimum deposit thresholds and applicable fees are subject to change and vary by operator policy, jurisdiction and individual account verification status.

For Pakistani users, the following payment references may be familiar: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast (State Bank of Pakistan's instant payment system), and conventional bank transfer services through providers such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These payment providers are referenced as familiar Pakistani payment rails only. 9ppp makes no representation that these providers endorse gambling transactions or that such transaction types are supported by these providers. Users must independently verify method availability at the time of use.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the funding account is not in your name — are not permitted and will result in the refund of the deposit and possible Account suspension.
• Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the Platform's current Payments page and are illustrative as PKR 1,000 subject to operator confirmation.
• 9ppp does not charge deposit fees as a general policy; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be returned to the original deposit method subject to KYC verification and AML compliance checks.

Cryptocurrency deposits (Bitcoin, USDT, ETH and others as listed on the Platform) are accepted where permitted under the Operator's licence terms. Cryptocurrency transaction values are subject to conversion rate fluctuations and blockchain network fees, which are outside 9ppp's control.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. 9ppp reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as your 9ppp Account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are as stated on the current Payments page of the Platform.
• Processing times vary by payment method, verification status and operator review procedures. No specific withdrawal speed is guaranteed. Bank transfer withdrawals to Pakistani banks (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, etc.) typically take longer than e-wallet alternatives.
• 9ppp reserves the right to delay, withhold or reverse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Account compromise or breach of these Terms.
• Any taxes, levies or charges imposed by your bank or government authority on received withdrawal amounts are your sole responsibility.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

9ppp may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this general Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus terms applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Account holders only. New accounts claiming a welcome bonus must complete KYC before any bonus-derived winnings are released for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Only one promotion may be active per Account at any one time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• 9ppp reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion, including its associated terms, at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, use of automated wagering strategies to clear bonuses with minimal risk, or exploitation of promotion errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• All bonus amounts displayed are illustrative unless confirmed in a specific, live promotion notice addressed to the User.

9 Betting Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on 9ppp are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, sport or game type, as published on the Platform. The following general rules apply across all betting activity:

• Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). 9ppp does not accept liability for bets placed based on incorrect score information displayed on third-party feeds.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability and current odds at the time the bet is confirmed by the Platform — not the time the User initiates the request. Connectivity delays are the User's responsibility.
• 9ppp reserves the right to void, suspend or cancel markets at its discretion in the event of obvious pricing errors, market manipulation, match-fixing suspicion or technical malfunction.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed in the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• Winnings are credited to the Account Balance upon official settlement of the relevant market. Settlement of cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body.
• 9ppp does not hold any official affiliation, endorsement or partnership with the PSL, ICC, PCB, any cricket franchise, football club or UFC organisation. Sports and leagues are referenced as betting context only.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Match-fixing and insider trading: Using non-public information about sporting events to place wagers.
• Fraud: Use of stolen payment instruments, forged documents, false identity information or chargebacks to obtain credits or winnings.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer or extract funds for purposes unrelated to genuine gambling activity.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or access the Platform while below the minimum required age.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform's systems.
• Circumventing geo-restrictions or self-exclusion: Attempting to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using VPN, proxy or other bypass technology, or re-registering after a self-exclusion has been activated.

11 Responsible Gambling

9ppp is committed to promoting safe gambling practices. We provide a range of responsible gambling tools directly accessible within Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits to your Account.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are prepared to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Set automatic session reminders and time-out alerts.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict Account access for a defined period without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from all gambling activity on the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once confirmed, are irrevocable for the stated duration.

9ppp operates a strict Adults-Only policy. Use of this Platform is prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. We take all reasonable measures to prevent underage gambling, including verification of age at registration and upon withdrawal requests.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 9ppp Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, data compilations, interface design and audio-visual materials — is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 9ppp.

Any user-generated content submitted through the Platform — including chat messages, support correspondence or feedback — is granted to 9ppp on a non-exclusive, royalty-free basis to the extent necessary for the operation of the service.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9ppp and its Operator, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the foregoing, 9ppp expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activity, whether on the Platform or elsewhere.
• Service interruptions, data loss or errors resulting from technical failures, network issues or scheduled maintenance.
• Decisions made by the User based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics or game descriptions.
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any cryptocurrency network.
• Legal consequences arising from the User's gambling in a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your Account by contacting our support team, provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawals or unresolved disputes at the time of the request.

9ppp reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account and terminate this Agreement immediately and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity misrepresentation.
• Continued provision of services to your Account would violate applicable laws or the Operator's licensing conditions.
• You have registered from a prohibited jurisdiction.

Upon termination for breach, any Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following completion of KYC and AML procedures, unless they are subject to legal hold or regulatory freeze.

15 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising under this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by the Operator's licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence. Pakistani users are reminded that local courts may also assert jurisdiction over disputes arising from your use of the Platform, and that Pakistani gambling laws may affect the enforceability of this Agreement in your jurisdiction.

16 Amendments

9ppp reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as alterations to eligibility criteria, withdrawal procedures, bonus terms or liability provisions — we will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure at any time.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.
